  Like the carpet, although once installed, the pad was not a "cushy" as we had expected. Our disappointment has been with a change of grain where seamed that shows and the fact that our salesman, Woody, was notified of 2 other issues, said someone would come by and we were never contacted. Not happy about these. The seaming issue, we were told, would take care of itself in time with traffic, except its near a wall and will never see traffic. Its obvious and with an expensive carpet, Karistan, it should be show in my opinion.
